System of Care Coordinator
Becky Zakowski is a registered nurse and teacher who coordinates St. Joe County Indiana's (South Bend region) System of Care. System of Care supports strong mental health and well-being for families through a variety of means, including peer support. Becky also provides suicide prevention and youth mental health programs and workshops in her region. She is feeling her way toward her third act as she and her husband Mark enjoy witnessing the independence of her adult stepkids and are still building that ladder for their 16-year-old son.

Becky also really love to share things she has learned in her journey - step-parenting, the importance of peer support, and she’s also passionate regarding her learning through The Enneagram.
