About this workshop:
An online workshop to explore best practices in engaging, establishing trust and exploring parenting strategies with fathers for the benefit of their children and families. This workshop is for family support workers and practitioners engaged in direct services and for those in the working in private and public systems that support family strengthening initiatives.
Featuring:
Chad M. Morris, who has more than 12 years of experience in the Human Services field, having worked in the areas of Community Based Mental Health and Family Stabilization Programs. He is the Chief Executive Officer at Trinity Family Life Center (TFLC) in Richmond, Virginia. Trinity Baptist Church established Trinity Village Center a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization which operates Trinity Family Life Center to serve as a hub for serving the needs of the greater community. His areas of skill are program and project development and implementation, team building and staff development, case management coordination, family engagement, collaborative partnership building and group facilitation and training.
Chad is a product of Henrico County Public Schools and Virginia Commonwealth University. Additionally, he is an NPCL Master Trainer and Fatherhood Life Coach in “Responsible Fatherhood Development” and a Master Trainer in the “Boyhood to Manhood Rites of Passage Curriculum”.
