Training and Technical Assistance Consultant
Dayo Banks presently serves as a Training and Technical Assistance consultant for Be Strong Families, where he supports the ongoing development of the T&TA team, which involves delivery of professional development trainings, Café trainings and technical assistance for the organization.
He brings a myriad of direct and supervisory experience which spans community, court, residential and education programs.
Dayo is a professional who is driven by improving opportunities and conditions for youth involved in, or at risk for involvement in, the juvenile justice/child welfare system. He takes a wholistic approach to work with families using an open, non-judgmental, and accepting atmosphere for families to feel safe when they decide to work through stressful, unsettling and often, vulnerable situations.
Dayo is a native of Saint Louis Missouri. In his free time, he loves to travel and spend time with those he loves, friends and family.
