Since 2020, Be Strong Families has partnered with Elevance Health—one of the nation's largest health insurance providers—to strengthen their workforce and support their communities. The first engagement was a training of trainers on Be Strong Families' Vicarious Trauma and Vicarious Resilience: Holding Space for and Working Through Our Own and Others' Trauma curriculum. Expansion plans include integrating Parent Cafés.
