He’s earned over 50 industry awards for his clients for his innovative work in EID, branding, HR & benefits, health & well-being, and more.
When he’s not advising on communications, Victor enjoys a lively family life with his wife of 38 years, Susan. They have three wonderful kids—Melissa (with her spouse Angelo), Kristen (with her spouse Pavel), and Kevin (with his spouse Japo)—along with two adorable grandkids, Kyrie and Genesis, and their introvert dog, Nala. Their home is joyfully filled with the bustle of four generations. Grandparenting is easy, he feels. All you need to do is love.
Victor’s passion doesn’t stop at home. He’s a dedicated advocate for the homeless, volunteers at shelters, and has traveled to Africa multiple times to work with NGOs supporting children, families, and small businesses. He also mentors small business owners on marketing and branding.
As a Board Member for Be Strong Families, Victor brings his extensive experience and heartfelt commitment to making a difference in families and communities.
“Our families form us -- shaping both the best and worst parts of ourselves. Heal the worst and nurture the best. And then pay it forward. This is your legacy.”
