Yolanda DaRocha has worked at Archways as an employee since March 2, 2022. She had volunteered at Archways before starting to work for the organization. Yolanda joined and completed AmeriCorps. She obtained a Certificated Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) with the State of New Hampshire. She started getting involved with and helping co-facilitate Parent Cafés when the Cafés were first being introduced to the organization—this then got her connected with robin from the Parenting Information Center (PIC). She is also a board member with The Children’s Trust. She started training to become a facilitator and later started co-facilitating Parenting Journey in Recovery (PJR). She became one of the first staff members to join and complete Building Futures Together UNH program. To continue her education, Yolanda is currently a full-time student with Granite State College. Her high energy, motivation, commitment, and willingness to want to learn makes her stand out.
