Board of Directors Corner: April 2022
The April 20, 2022 meeting of the Be Strong Families Board of Directors was the first under the leadership of incoming chair, Denise Boston, PhD. Highlights of the meeting included a Deep Dive into Board Development issues and the unanimous confirmation of three new members: Tecoria Jones, Christopher Thornton and Michael Byrd.

A Response: Listening to the People’s Voice
On August 1, 2019, Jerry Milner, the Acting Commissioner for the Administration on Children, Youth and Families, issued an Information Memorandum (IM 19-03) to highlight the impact and relevance of family and youth input where child welfare program planning and improvement efforts are concerned.
